Eligible Returns
We only accept returns in cases where the product received is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or personal choice are not accepted.
Return Timeframe
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be entertained.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of defect (images or video) may be required
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly. Since orders are placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds (if applicable) will be handled through a mutually agreed method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
